Position Overview

The Food Rescue Operations Admin will play a critical role in supporting the operational flow of Sharing Excess’s food distribution network. This position will focus on maintaining accurate records, managing invoices, and ensuring smooth communication across the distribution team and our transportation partners. This position reports to the Head of Food Rescue Operations.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Proficiency in Spanish is highly valuable for this role, as it will support communication with a diverse set of partners and drivers.
