This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our American Fork, UT office 2–3 times per week, with the rest of the work performed remotely Job Summary The Manager, FP&A plays a critical role within the Finance team as a strong right-hand to the Senior Director, FP&A.
This hands-on role drives detailed financial analysis while providing strategic oversight.
What You Will Do Directly manage assigned team members and provide oversight across the full FP&A function, including coaching, performance evaluations, and development opportunities Oversee global P&L through financial planning, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting Coordinate and participate in monthly planning cycles and annual budgeting processes Prepare and present budgets, forecasts, and monthly business reviews to the executive team Serve as a finance business partner to department and division leaders, delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and internal control Support special projects and perform additional duties as needed Travel / Physical Demands Less than 10% travel Office environment with no special physical demands required Qualifications What You Will Have 7+ years of professional and progressive finance experience 3+ years of direct experience managing teams and processes Proven expertise in financial planning, long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, including advanced Excel modeling and deferred revenue models Hands-on experience with financial reporting systems and process automation to streamline month-end and close cycles Business and revenue commercial experience, with a track record of partnering with leaders to drive profitability, growth, and strategic decisions Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executives and cross-functional teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; detail-oriented and highly organized Strong understanding of accounting principles Skilled at building relationships, resolving conflicts, and influencing stakeholders across all levels Nice to Haves SaaS or other software industry experience Some hands-on accounting experience beyond financial analysis Experience with Oracle HFM and NetSuite Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as DOMO, MS Power BI, Bilbeo, including dashboard creation and reporting M&A experience What you get as a Henry Schein One Employee A great place to work with fantastic people A career in the healthcare technology industry, with the ability to grow and realize your full potential Competitive compensation Excellent benefits package – Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401K Plan with Company Match, Paid Time Off (PTO), Sick Leave (if applicable), Paid Parental Leave, Short Term Disability, Income Protection, Work Life Assistance Program, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Education Benefits, Worldwide Scholarship Program, Volunteer Opportunities, and more About Henry Schein One Henry Schein One is the global leader in dental management, analytics, communication, and marketing software.
