Senior Financial Analyst (Remote)

Korn Ferry is excited to partner with our client in the search for a Senior Financial Analyst . This role offers a mostly remote work environment with a competitive salary range of $95-115k base.

Position Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be the backbone of financial and operational decision-making. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance and collaborating with the Florida Market President and various departmental leads, your analysis will encompass retail sales, consumer purchasing behavior, and SG&A spending across the enterprise.

Your insights will drive understanding of sales activity, pricing dynamics, seasonality, and inventory management. You will also take the lead in building reporting tools and analytics that support KPI measurement and executive dashboards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analytical Support

Perform comprehensive analysis of financial and operational performance to empower the Sr. Director of Finance.

Evaluate retail transaction data for key metrics including sales per transaction and promotional effectiveness.

Develop and maintain dashboards and financial reports aligned with company KPIs.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or CPA / CFA is preferred.
