The Houseperson plays a key support role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of guest areas by assisting Guestroom Attendants and handling daily operational duties. This position ensures a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment for guests and staff. The starting rate is $24.315 hourly.

The day-to-day responsibilities include :

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including floors, furniture, and restrooms
• Assist Guestroom Attendants by removing trash, linen, and restocking supplies
• Deliver guest-requested items like cribs, rollaways, and pillows
• Perform routine procedures such as flood response, mattress flipping, and general cleaning
• Keep hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and lockers tidy and free of debris
