Job Description

Oversee all aspects of ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Develop and manage construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project flow. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all team members. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and design standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers. Resolve any on-site challenges to minimize project delays or disruptions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have :

• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and construction teams effectively.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
