$60,000 to $80,000 Starting Salary

Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned construction projects for the branch.  Our Supervisor will effectively cultivate good team and group dynamics, demonstrate the technical and practical expertise for successful project completion, and display an ongoing commitment to quality. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Monitor costs including labor, time, and materials and keep jobs moving forward on time and within budget
• Perform job site inspections prior to mobilization to ensure readiness
• Supervision of field labor force
• Hiring, training and development of employee crew labor
• Create protocols as deemed necessary to improve operational performance
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and injury-free work environment
