Your new role
The job duties of the Lead Maintenance Technician will include, among others :
- Oversight of all maintenance activities at the site, including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and other general maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot fixes via facility walkthroughs
- Maintain records of facility equipment, work with vendors
- Respond to tenant requests and provide updates
