The Opportunity :

Mattel is seeking a versatile 2D Concept & Marketing Artist who brings a creative flair to both in-game visual concepts and marketing / UA asset production. This unique hybrid role focuses on

• Concept Art Crafting compelling 2D characters, props, environments, and key-art visuals that inform production pipelines.
• Marketing & UA Design Producing polished, performance-driven ad assets—banners, icons, screenshots, social ads—for UA campaigns and store presence.

You'll join our art team, reporting to the Art Director with a dotted-line relationship with the Senior Manager of Growth, collaborating with products, UA, and creative teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $79,000 and $116,000.
