Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a company in Winston Salem.

Temp to hire opportunity

$18-20 / hr- DOE

Hours : M-F 8am-5pm

Job Functions :

The individual will perform diverse administrative duties with broad responsibilities necessitating high level contact and exposure to highly confidential information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, and discretion.

Duties and responsibilities require considerable judgment and initiative in resolving unique problems and making recommendations.

Perform comprehensive background investigations from a variety of agencies using investigative tools; compile reports on individuals in question;

maintain records on these investigations.

  • Prepare and edit investigative reports for submission to clients.
  • Provide receptionist functions.
  • Assist in production of investigative videos using a variety of software programs.

Knowledge of :

Legal terminology (helpful). Research methods and techniques. Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.

  • Ability to : Understand and follow written and oral directions.
  • Comprehend and make inferences from written material.
  • Produce written documents which clearly and accurately depict logical and organized thoughts using proper sentence structure, punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with all team members and clients.
  • Accurately and in a timely manner utilize various computer software applications to perform duties.
  • Perform secretarial and clerical duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.

Experience and Qualifications : Associate degree or higher desirable. Ability to demonstrate sound, accurate judgment, and analytical skills by applying existing job knowledge to effectively service clients.

Possession of sufficient typing skills necessary to successfully perform the functions of the position. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products : Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education :

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience :

  • Microsoft Office : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)
