Staff Quality Engineer, Data Analytics

ABOUT THE TEAM

As a Senior Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) Engineer, you will be a part of small team of product quality engineers who will work inside and outside the organization to define, design, develop, and deliver data model architectures and analytics capabilities that support CAPA and development of quality management tools. This role combines strong analytics capabilities with real-world quality improvements. You will help create data models which generate insights and lead to breakthroughs in CAPA projects and daily quality problem solving.

The right person for this role has knowledge of manufacturing, product development, data system and application performance criteria and metrology while building confidence with engineers and leaders in the company through objective, evidence-based, data analysis. WHAT YOULL DO

• Support the development and success of Anduril's CAPA process, including the initiation, investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
• Coach product quality engineers in CAPA as well as use system and tools to solve complex problems and support our development teams.
• Work cross-functionally to define and execute the analytic capabilities and roadmaps to meet our internal and customer quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain CAPA documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead CAPA projects driving root cause analysis using various problem-solving tools and methodologies.
• Lead product health data analysis and improvement activities with partner engineers for impact to customer quality.
• Analyze data and generate insights for scaling quality management processes and quality improvements across hardware products.
• Design, build, and improve non-conformance management software systems to effectively capture, track, and resolve quality issues.
