Proposal Analyst Staff

You will be the Proposal Analyst Staff for the Proposal Development Team. Our team is responsible for delivering competitive, high-quality proposals that win critical missile system contracts. As the Proposal Analyst Staff, you will be responsible for leading pricing strategy and coordinating the end-to-end proposal effort for PRSM & ATACMS programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Serve as the pricing lead from RFP receipt through Proposal Authorization, ensuring accurate cost models and pricing assessments.
• Coordinate functional inputs (engineering, logistics, finance) to produce a cohesive, compliant proposal.
• Guide the proposal through the management review process and provide audit support to government reviewers.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day direction to junior Proposal Analysts.
• Conduct fact-finding, negotiate terms, and secure TINA certification as required.
