We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Permanent Wire Programmer to join our progressive team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing wire programs for our high-tech manufacturing environment. This role will also encompass tasks related to wire EDM, CNC wire, mold making, and mold repair. The Permanent Wire Programmer will have a significant role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success of our engineering projects.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement wire programs for manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain wire EDM and CNC wire machines, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
• Design and fabricate molds using advanced mold-making techniques, adhering to strict quality standards.
• Conduct regular mold repairs, ensuring all equipment is functioning at peak performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes, contributing to project planning and execution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in wire programming and mold making.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines within the manufacturing environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff, fostering a conducive learning environment.
