In this role as a Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer you will be working for a client that is in the Custom Injection Mold industry. This position will be responsible for operating CMM machine using established programs as well as creating new programs using Zeiss Calypso software. Perform dimensional inspection on product using CMM calipers micrometers and height gauges. Perform first piece inspection and in-process inspections.

This is a temporary to possible permanentrole (can be Direct Hire for the right experience)

Job Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong background concerning the usage and care of precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Ability to effectively read and understand blueprints engineering documents purchase orders inspection manuals and procedures.
• Strong background programming and operating coordinate measuring machines Zeiss OGP Smart Scope).
• Preferred experience with Injection molding

Hourly rate $25-40 / hr
