Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is a leading provider of non-medical, in-home care for the elderly in PACE programs.
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join our on-call program, where you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors in South Boston and surrounding cities. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated Home Health Aides who are looking for flexible work and guaranteed hours.
Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
- Assist with meal preparation and kitchen clean-up.
- Offer daily living support such as laundry, grocery shopping, light cleaning, and other household tasks.
- Document all incidents, injuries, or changes in participants' conditions and communicate them to your supervisor.
- Respond promptly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA.Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.Current BLS / CPR / First Aid certification or willing to obtain (American Heart Association or Red Cross).Must pass a criminal background check, physicalSmartphone and email access for work communications.Benefits :
