A company is looking for an Internal Account Coordinator to generate sales opportunities and coordinate sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls and emails, responding to inquiries from assigned agencies
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities
Coordinate with the Distribution and Marketing team to ensure timely delivery of campaign collateral to assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
At least 1 - 2 years experience in a sales, customer contact, or outbound telephone role
High school diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work effectively with a high degree of independence in a team environment
Strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to accept full ownership of responsibilities
