• ?? Shift : Monday – Friday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM
• ?? Starting Pay : $20.00 / hour + shift differential

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our manufacturing team, you’ll help create high-quality plastic materials that meet our customers’ exacting standards. Your responsibilities may include :

Mixing, extruding, and weighing materials according to specifications

Operating and cleaning blending equipment

Reviewing run sheets and ensuring accurate batch processing

Recording production data and reporting any discrepancies

Coordinating with Quality Control for inspections

Labeling and transporting materials to the extrusion area

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Completing required documentation to ensure process consistency

What We’re Looking For

Education : High school diploma or GED preferred

Skills : Basic math, ability to follow written instructions, and unit conversions

Experience : Forklift certification is a plus

Attributes : Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong attendance

Physical Requirements : Able to lift up to 55 lbs, stand / walk for extended periods, and work in a loud, industrial setting

Safety Commitment : Must wear PPE and strictly follow all safety protocols, including respirator use—no exceptions
