Position Summary :

The Manager EHS&S I (Environment, Health, Safety & Security) will be r esponsible for managing the environmental, health, safety, and security procedures for the site, ensuring they are followed and that employees understand them. They will work to create a safety culture. Provide daily coaching and feedback. Manage chemicals and waste. Conduct drills. Ensure proper stretching and ergonomics is followed and develop a good working relationship with management as a partner.

Responsibilities : Essential Duties

• Manages security programs concerned with the organizations employees, properties, facilities, physical assets, and informational technologies.
• Manages programs associated with access control and monitoring.
• Ensures compliance with applicable security standards.
• Conducts audits including asset threat assessments on physical and informational systems.
• Works with contracted security staff and internal teams to investigate accidents, theft or other losses, or allegations of illegal behavior.
• Selects and oversees external security contractors.
• Contributes to EHS&S strategic planning, direction and goal setting.
• Recommends policies, practices and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.

Salary range is $94,483-$123,096

The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds.
