As the Division Human Resources Director, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape the division's future. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you'll influence culture, coach leaders, and drive talent strategies across a multi-site, growth-oriented business. Key responsibilities include partnering with the VP / GM and leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, leading organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives, coaching and influencing leaders to build strong teams, improve effectiveness, and grow talent, driving employee engagement, culture-building, and change management efforts, overseeing compensation planning, job evaluations, and performance management processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and HR policies, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the division, and providing hands-on HR support to leaders and employees across multiple U.S. sites.

Qualifications and experience include a Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment, proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution, strong experience in talent planning, coaching, employee relations, and organizational development, excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels, experience working in decentralized or matrixed organizations is a plus, and willingness to travel ~20-25%.
