Key Responsibilities
Complete a full training program during the first two weeks
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, including VIP support
Review and verify customer KYC documents according to company procedures
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer support and payment experience in iGaming
Experience with tools such as Talk Two, Zendesk, or Helpdesk
Experience working with customer payment requests
Experience with payment tools like PIQ and payment providers is an asset
Fluent in English
