What You'll Do :

• Make outbound calls using an auto dialer to customers 130 days past due
• Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers stay on track
• Take inbound calls to answer questions and provide solutions
• Use judgment and empathy to create fair, personalized solutions
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
