A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative II - Medical Supply - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and document new patient insurance coverage and coordinate costs for supplies
Contact insurance carriers to request prior authorizations and reverify existing patient insurance coverage for repeat orders
Communicate with patients regarding their insurance benefits and maintain knowledge of medical terminology and billing guidelines
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in the medical industry or call center / customer service
Demonstrated ability to produce completed insurance verification
High School Diploma or GED required
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
