Job descriptionOversee all day to day payroll initiatives to ensure a smooth and efficent process across US and Canada Manage a team of 3 Payroll analysts + additional members of staff as they look to build out the Payroll department Work closely with the Payroll team on all day to day aspects including but not limited to earnings, legal time off plans, bonus runs, commission runs, bi-weekly and weekly processes + union payroll. Conduct Payroll knowledge and transfer sessions Experience with Workday Payroll Experience leading and managing Payroll Teams Strong communication skills is a must
Hale International are partnered with a reputable organization based in North Carolina who are currently seeking a Workday Payroll Manager to join the team as they look to redefine and build upon the Workday Payroll Department. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to work closely with the Senior Payroll Manager to lead on all Payroll initiatives across US and Canada.
