We’re building a product for developers that redefines the look, feel, and usability of observability tools — and we’re expanding our Sales team with a Solutions engineer that breathes B2D .

What You’ll Do :

• Work with our account executives to plan, prepare and execute deals in complex and technical sales cycles.
• Deliver clear presentations and demos that communicate the product uniqueness and the problems it solves
• Manage the technical aspects of the entire sales cycle, including Proof of Concepts / Value
• Understand and communicate customer needs to the product teams for future product enhancements.
• Build solutions to fill gaps and enhance the core product
• Know the Observability and log management markets well and be able to help customers choose the right solutions for them.
• Be active on internal and external Slack channels
• Present at conferences, meetups, podcasts, livestreams etc.
• Go the extra mile to help groundcover disrupt the observability market, by offering thoughts, insights, and suggestions on how we can improve our go to market efforts, and improve the offering.
• Ability to attend in-person events and meetings - and work in office

Salary ranges and recent postings vary by role and time. Example ranges include $90,000 - $300,000 in listed items and related postings from city locations such as San Francisco, San Mateo, and Redwood City, CA.
