SUMMARY Arcticom, LLC, a company within the BSNC family is currently seeking a qualified Senior System Engineer for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) Engineering and Logistics Contract at Quantico, VA. The Senior System Engineer will support the USMC GBAD portfolio. Applicants will be contacted via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal. Development and validation of communication and network architectures Deploy and configure Command and Control (C2) networks in test, training, and operational settings Development and validation of test procedures for assessment and reporting Development of network architectures and diagrams of systems on the move to include operation of networks via tactical radios. Development of required documentation for the planning, testing, and reporting of systems under test Identification of potential risks to systems under test Provide recommendations to mitigate risks to schedule and cost Provide over the phone troubleshooting support, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and DoD Clients QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and MS Project Cisco Certified Network Administrator Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics This position requires ability to obtain / maintain a Secret Security Clearance Experience in modern information systems, including computer hardware, data storage, network, and distributed systems. Experience deploying networks utilizing virtual local area networks (VLANs), spanning tree, and multi-cast video.
