Lead Sales Performance Reporting

Manage projects that analyze sales data and implement system and process improvements to drive strategic decision-making and enhance revenue growth.
What you'll do :
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, create comprehensive reports for stakeholders, and conduct ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions.
- Performance Metrics and Forecasting : Develop and refine KPIs to measure sales effectiveness, assist in sales forecasting, and align budgeting activities with company objectives.
- System and Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in sales reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance and Data Integrity : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data while adhering to compliance standards and data governance policies.
- Training and Collaboration : Provide training and support on reporting tools, collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs, and offer actionable insights to support their goals.
What you'll need :
Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) desired.5+ years of related experience.Certification is required in some areas.What you'll bring :
