• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for those with life-threatening or complex medical conditions.
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, monitor vital signs, and perform life-saving interventions when necessary.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Float between critical care units as needed, adapting quickly to different team dynamics and patient needs.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and critical care procedures.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines.
