Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is essential in ensuring our clients and students receive exceptional support and a smooth, positive experience throughout their interactions with Skillbridge Academy. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, students, and partners, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Maintain clear communication across departments to coordinate solutions and updates.

Provide guidance, support, and accurate information regarding programs, services, and processes.

Address concerns or issues with patience and a solutions-focused mindset.

Document interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions to maintain accurate records.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency.

Support administrative tasks and assist with program coordination as needed.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under minimal supervision.
