Salesforce Product Owner (Remote - US)

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business strategy and Salesforce solution delivery, ensuring high-quality, actionable requirements that drive measurable business impact. You will lead the definition, documentation, and prioritization of Salesforce initiatives across Sales, Service, and emerging cloud technologies. Collaborating with clients, architects, developers, and delivery teams, you will manage requirements across both Agile and SOW-driven projects. Your work will include stakeholder engagement, solution evaluation, process optimization, and supporting end-user adoption. This position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior analysts and contributing to internal best practices.

Accountabilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document Salesforce-specific business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process flows that emphasize standard Salesforce functionality before custom development.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and delivery leads to clarify needs, feasibility, and project priorities.
• Validate solutions through UAT, ensuring adoption and alignment with business requirements.
• Create high-quality deliverables, including BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide end-user training, support adoption, and mentor junior business analysts.
