Job description$60,000 - $80,000 (Based on Qualifications & Experience) Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, & Insurance 401K & 401K Matching Paid Time Off Health Savings Account Equal Opportunity Employer Full-Time (In Person) Monday – Friday, Standard Business Hours Assist Project Managers in preparing project schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Track and maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, specifications, warranties, and close-out documents. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and photo documentation. Work with project superintendents to set / organize / maintain labor schedule for each project. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential conflicts, risks, or constructability concerns. Support field teams with layout, technical details, and installation requirements based on manufacturer specifications. Conduct quality control checks to verify adherence to project requirements and company standards. Assist in preparing project cost reports and forecasts. Support the review of subcontractor invoices, material receipts, and change order pricing. Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage to ensure alignment with budget goals. Promote and enforce company safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety requirements. Support safety inspections and documentation for field crews. Act as a liaison between project managers, field staff, estimators, suppliers, and clients. Provide timely updates on project progress, issues, and solutions. Attend project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field OR equivalent experience in commercial construction / roofing. 1 – 3 years of construction, roofing, or related project engineering experience. Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus. Proficiency with construction management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project scheduling tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical details. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to safety and quality. Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening as a condition of hire. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements. Ability to work in an office and outdoor construction environment. Must be comfortable working at heights and capable of safely using ladders and other elevated access equipment. Willingness to travel to job sites as needed. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Position Summary :
Eskola, LLC's Raleigh, North Carolina branch is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Engineer to join our growing commercial roofing team! This role is responsible for supporting Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects.
