Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the team and coordinate the proper installation and repair of various roof systems.
- Develop project plan based on daily meeting and / or on-site meeting with the Service Department Manager.
- Supervise, motivate, and train team members, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate team performance, providing guidance on application techniques, productivity, and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Maintain communication with the clients representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as required.
- Stay up-to-date on manufacturer specifications and implement them across all relevant projects.
- Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures, be an example, and support the company safety goals and objectives.
- Understand and comply with all Operations Manual and Associate Policy Handbook requirements. Examples : Work Orders, Vehicle Inspections, Pre-Job Assessments, Inventory Control Forms, Daily reports, weekly toolbox talks, red tag procedure, time cards, accident reporting.
- Actively participate in company meetings, education and training programs.
Position Requirements :
Commercial Roofing Service Experience : 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Service Department Roofing Foreman or similar roles, overseeing job sites and crew activities.Specialized Skills : Proven expertise in repairing TPO, FTR, EPDM, Modified Bitumen membranes, as well as experience with fabricating sheet metal details.Technical Drawing (Blueprint) Proficiency : Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (blueprints), as it facilitates precise execution of each project.Tools of the trade : Candidates are expected to provide their own hand tools necessary for completing tasks efficiently.Willingness to travel : Candidates must be open to traveling to job sites both in state and out of state.Valid driver license required.What We Offer :
