Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the team and coordinate the proper installation and repair of various roof systems.
• Develop project plan based on daily meeting and / or on-site meeting with the Service Department Manager.
• Supervise, motivate, and train team members, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate team performance, providing guidance on application techniques, productivity, and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain communication with the clients representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as required.
• Stay up-to-date on manufacturer specifications and implement them across all relevant projects.
• Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures, be an example, and support the company safety goals and objectives.
• Understand and comply with all Operations Manual and Associate Policy Handbook requirements. Examples : Work Orders, Vehicle Inspections, Pre-Job Assessments, Inventory Control Forms, Daily reports, weekly toolbox talks, red tag procedure, time cards, accident reporting.
• Actively participate in company meetings, education and training programs.
