Job Description

Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial construction projects. Lead project strategy, execution, and client engagement from preconstruction through closeout. Mentor and manage project managers, superintendents, and support staff. Ensure financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal leadership on business development and operational goals.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success managing large-scale or complex projects. Strong business acumen and client-facing communication skills. Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
