Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant for a 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze emerging compensation trends in the AI / ML space
Benchmark against top industry data sources and update compensation bands for new roles / levels
Implement updated compensation ranges for all job functions and levels by the end of December
Required Qualifications
5+ years of compensation experience in tech or highly competitive markets
Expertise in benchmarking and non-conventional data sourcing
Ability to balance analytical rigor with creative problem-solving
Ability to drive decisions under tight deadlines
