• Run functional tests and inspections on components, PCB assemblies, and complete electronic systems with specialized equipment.
• Log nonconformances, document evidence, and propose corrective steps that prevent recurrence.
• Apply root cause techniques to drive measurable quality improvements.
• Keep test equipment calibrated and in peak condition.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and production to quickly contain and resolve issues.
• Review drawings / specs for compliance to IPC and customer requirements.
• Analyze test results, publish clear reports, and maintain audit-ready quality records.
• Support internal audits and contribute to regulatory compliance.
