Your Impact
- Run functional tests and inspections on components, PCB assemblies, and complete electronic systems with specialized equipment.
- Log nonconformances, document evidence, and propose corrective steps that prevent recurrence.
- Apply root cause techniques to drive measurable quality improvements.
- Keep test equipment calibrated and in peak condition.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and production to quickly contain and resolve issues.
- Review drawings / specs for compliance to IPC and customer requirements.
- Analyze test results, publish clear reports, and maintain audit-ready quality records.
- Support internal audits and contribute to regulatory compliance.
What You Bring
Associate degree or electronics-related technical certification.2+ years in electronics testing or quality assurance roles.Hands-on skill with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and ATE.Working knowledge of IPC standards and ISO 9001 frameworks.Detail orientation, data-driven thinking, and strong teamwork / communication.Nice to Have
SMT process exposure and PCB inspection experience.Lean / Six Sigma familiarity.SPC and failure mode analysis knowledge.Environment & Schedule
