Kitchen and Bath Designer

Position Overview : As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our department. Your focus will be on three primary store priorities : Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide friendly, thorough, and prompt service to customers, welcoming them and understanding their kitchen and bath needs.
• Conduct showroom tours and assist customers in setting up kitchen and bath measurements.
• Collaborate with customers to go over room designs and offer tailored purchasing recommendations.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of samples and brochures, ensuring they are restocked as needed.
• Ensure that special order displays and showrooms maintain an appealing and safe shopping environment.
