Assist individuals with disabilities in finding and applying for jobs
Counsel individuals on suitable job opportunities based on their skills and interests
Work with adults with disabilities to empower them towards self-sufficiency, independence, inclusion, economic equality, and integration into society
Support individuals in identifying job-related goals and developing individual plans for employment
Provide or arrange a variety of services, including training, physical / mental restoration, assistive technology, supported employment, and job placement
Offer significant counseling and guidance to help individuals identify their strengths and abilities, adjust to their disabilities, and exercise informed choice throughout the vocational rehabilitation process
Maintain progress through individual plans and understand labor market trends and employment opportunities
Must Haves :
Bachelor's degree in a related field (public health, social work, education)
Experience working independently, managing schedules, tracking data, and setting meetings
