Job descriptionExcellent communication skills. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems including plumbing electrical structural HVAC and Control systems. Supervisory experience. Experience with centrifugal driven water chiller is a plus. Experience working with voltages greater than 120vac 10 years of building systems maintenance experience. Extensive knowledge of all trades related to facilities and grounds maintenance. Previous experience working on a military base is a plus. Competent computer skills. (email MS Word and excel)

Location : West Point NY
Hours : Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm
Rate : $27.00 / hr
OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Insure timely fulfillment of maintenance requests.
- Supervise maintenance techs.
- Coordinates projects with various stakeholders.
- Enforces Health and Safety protocols and practices.
- Maintain preventative maintenance records & report weekly.
- Recruitment hiring and corrective actions when needed.
- Vendor negotiation and solicitation for bids for projects.
- Assist with snow removal and landscape for internal and contract sites when needed.
- Reports to Building Systems Supervisor.
