What You'll Bring :

• 25+ years at your current agency (stability and loyalty are valued)
• TX Property & Casualty License required
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining a Book of Business of $23M+ in premium
• Ability to develop and retain long-term client relationships
• Entrepreneurial drive and the desire to build equity in your career
