Position Summary :
As a Residential Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales process for high-end residential wellness installations. You will consult homeowners, homebuilders, and luxury developers on steam and sauna solutions, while managing proposals, customer training, and post-sale follow-up. Your role will be critical in achieving aggressive revenue targets through proactive territory management and strong relationship building.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-cycle sales for custom steam & sauna systems : quote small–large luxury residential / homebuilder projects and close deals.
- Build pipeline via territory canvassing and networking; target GCs / developers, architects / designers / homebuilders, and strategic commercial accounts (e.g., padel clubs, UFC Gym, LA Fitness, Thrivewell, 1428 Brickell).
- Scope and price projects : read blueprints / RFPs, create PCWs, and produce professional proposals.
- Execute after the sale : manage delivery / installation support, service quotes beyond parts, crane coordination, and occasional on-site supervision.
- Grow accounts : onboard / train clients, secure reviews and referrals, and sell preventative maintenance agreements (PMAs).
- Maintain rigor and intel : spotless HubSpot logging / forecasting / commission tracking; monitor permits / Crane Watch and leverage SFBJ + industry events for leads.
Required Qualifications :
3–5+ years in residential / luxury home-improvement sales with HNW clients; consistent quota attainment and complex, long-cycle closes (>$500K annual sales preferred).
Technical fluency : read blueprints and architectural / mechanical specs; comfortable with construction terminology (training available).Strong presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.Tech-savvy : disciplined HubSpot (or similar) CRM use + MS Office / Google Workspace; daily activity reporting via Slack.Self-starter covering a multi-county territory; valid driver’s license, travel-ready; professional business-casual presence (no jeans / sneakers).Bilingual English / Spanish preferred, especially for Miami clients.Performs other duties as assigned.Compensation & Benefits :
Base : $50,000.Quota : $1,000,000 attributable revenue.Commission : 5% on deals ≥50% GM (max $10,000 per deal).Margin kicker : +0.10% for each 1% above 50% (e.g., 60% GM = 6% total).
Reduced rate : 3% at 45%–49.99% GM; no commission under 45% unless pre-approved.Quota Bonus : $15,000.Earnings at quota (est., excl. base) : $115k @50% GM | $120k @55% | $125k @60%.Total comp incl. base : typically, ~$130k–$140k.Benefits :
