A New York City-basedprivate organization is looking to add alicensed Physician, with a Family and / or Internal Medicine background, to join their staff at one of their facilities in Bergen County.

Responsibilities :

The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will :

• Performhistory and physical assessments as indicated by his / her specialty area

Developa plan of treatment / care for the patient, includingeducation and follow-up visits

Makereferrals, as indicated by the needs of the patient

Maintaincurrent and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patient

Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

Board Eligible / Certified in Family and / or InternalMedicine
