Job Summary and Qualifications : The Controller is responsible for managing the Accounting department to ensure they are providing effective and efficient service to the operating groups and other customers, that employees are fully supported, and that the group maximizes its performance. This individual is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the performance and needs of all teams and groups within the CSO.

What you will do in this role : supervise and coordinate the following financial services : bank reconciliation, closing the monthly and annual accounts, general ledger accounting and reconciliation, budget, weekly projections; ensure compliance with government and licensing reporting requirements; prepare cost analysis, review rates and reconcile revenues to ensure appropriate income / cash flow; prepare annual budget and analysis, in addition to the presentation of monthly financial statements; prepare financial information and reports for management, government and other agencies; provide the CSO CFO with financial reports according to corporate policy; select, train and evaluate performance of Accounting personnel to ensure quality of service and technical expertise; provide assistance to all management staff related to the performance of financial management matters; track progress against budgets by groups and teams on a periodic basis; report performance versus budget to operations; assists operations with company SWOT objectives and completes assigned projects.

What qualifications you will need : bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance required; CPA certification is preferred. Minimum three years accounting experience required. Minimum three years supervisory experience required. Experience in healthcare provider finance operations preferred.
