We are seeking a skilled Grinder Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating grinding machines to produce precision components according to specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and measuring instruments to ensure high-quality output. The Grinder will play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.
Duties
General Duties:
Operator is required to run multiple grinders that are set side by side or across from one another and run both back and forth to maximize output. This requires attention to detail, standing, twisting, bending, and moving at least 8.0 hours per day. The area is wet with grinding coolant on the machines and floor so safety and good work skills are a must.
