This position is for Wraparound Delaware (New Castle County)

Job Description :
We are looking for energetic advocates to join our teams. As a Case Manager, the successful candidate will have the ability to effectively engage with youth, families and professionals to develop individualized plans designed to meet family needs and Court requirements. Ability to work as part of a team including professional and non professional members.
Qualifications :
- BA or BS degree in social work, psychology or related field required
- Must possess or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR
- Possess relevant experience working with youth and families in the community
- Bi-lingual candidate preferred but not required
- Familiar with community based services in Delaware
- Active, unrestricted driver's license & reliable personal vehicle
