Oracle Hwsec Team Operations Manager

Own HWSEC team operations, construct and maintain roadmaps, and intake queue. Collaborate with other groups to ensure effective intake, manage dependencies, and compliance. Act as first line of defense, own slack channels meant for interface with rest of Oracle, triage incoming issues, accept / reject or assign to right SMEs, and provide HWSEC policy guidance to other teams. Manage tenancies owned by HWSEC and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include managing the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget / spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation; 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; Employee Stock Purchase Plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
