Responsibilities

• Provide prompt courteous and accurate dealing for various table games.
• Act as a leader on the casino floor guiding and providing direction to other dealers as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures reporting any potential hazards to leadership immediately.
• Maintain the security of all table games by performing and overseeing deck inspections and monitoring for irregular play.
• Accurately count and make payouts with precision ensuring the integrity of every transaction.
• Act as a resource for guests assisting them with gameplay and ensuring they understand and follow established rules and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned including varied shifts weekends and holidays.
