HR Generalist

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting staffing, training, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Providence, RI

Pay Range : $31.50

Shift : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, Monday through Friday (37 hrs. per week)

What's the Job?

• Support daily onsite functions of the HR department, including staffing and document control
• Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for skilled trades, including union and non-union roles
• Oversee compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training programs, including annual and leadership training
• Coordinate in-person training and development events to enhance employee skills and engagement
• Maintain accurate job descriptions, internal portal content, and HR policies to ensure organizational consistency
