Circle the City is a mission-driven, nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing high-quality, holistic healthcare to people experiencing homelessness across Maricopa County. Founded in 2012, our organization offers a unique continuum of care that includes medical respite centers, outpatient primary care clinics, mobile medical outreach, behavioral health services, and hospital navigation programs.

Job Summary
The Director of Development plays a pivotal role in the growth and long-term sustainability of Circle the City. This individual serves as a key member of the development team and is responsible for building, managing, and expanding a comprehensive major gift and planned giving program that secures gifts of $10,000+, deferred and legacy gifts from donors committed to making a lasting impact on the health and dignity of people experiencing homelessness.
This leader will manage a portfolio of major and planned giving donors and prospects, while also helping to shape donor engagement strategies across the organization. They will work closely with the Chief Development Officer, executive leadership, board members, professional advisors, and grateful supporters to inspire meaningful giving that fuels transformative care.

Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Major or Planned Gifts Officer, preferably in a healthcare setting, and / or strong knowledge of estate and tax laws related to charitable giving required.
