Job Description : Job Duties

• Manage projects within the Capital Improvements Department, ensuring adherence to standards, project schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal shareholders, including city officials, department managers, and project teams, to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Coordinate with consultants, regulatory agencies, and contractors through planning, design, and construction phases to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve engineering process and methodologies.
