We are excited to announce a Full-Time opening for the position of Financial and Insurance Coordinator at our Orthodontic office. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in financial management and insurance processing in an Orthodontic healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities for this position include :

Managing patient insurance verification and claims submission.

Coordinating financial arrangements and payment plans with patients.

Providing exceptional customer service to patients regarding their financial inquiries.

Maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

Assisting in the implementation of office policies and procedures related to financial and insurance matters.

Qualifications include :

Previous experience in a dental office setting.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in dental management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
