ABA Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for an ABA Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations related to ABA therapy services.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and insurance regulations related to ABA therapy

Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance

Coordinate internal audits and prepare compliance reports for leadership

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in a compliance, administrative, or clinical documentation role

Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards

Experience working in an ABA or therapeutic services setting is a plus
