We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in recruitment to undertake various HR duties within our organization.

As a critical counterpart in our HR department, you will manage various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and talent acquisition, HR administration, compliance and reporting, and other HR-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a diverse and integrated company environment.

This is a Full-Time position that will work in person out of the Corporate Office in Mesa, AZ.

RESPON SIBILITIES

HR Administration

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, overseeing enrollment, leaves of absence, changes, and inquiries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct monthly benefit billing reconciliation to verify accuracy and resolve any discrepancies, working with the finance team to ensure timely payment and compliance with vendor agreements.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR Department leader to enhance performance and talent management efforts, including productivity improvement, recognition programs, morale enhancement, and training and development initiatives.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisitions

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the duties and responsibilities of each position.
  • Lead effective onboarding processes to facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, filings, and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with audits and investigations as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or relevant years of experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with experience with recruitment, onboarding, generalist, performance management, and other HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (ADP current platform) and other relevant HR software applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, SharePoint, and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conversational Spanish is a plus.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
